Job Specifications:

Required Experience: Six months to one year experience in a setting utilizing an in-house digital telephone system. Previous experience in dealing with the public.
Preferred Experience: PC experience. Voice mail system experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: PC experience. Numerical ability and excellent oral and written communication skills. Operate all end user equipment connected to the telephone system. Good human relation skills in order to deal with a number of different hospital departments, outside customers, vendors, etc. Familiar with the general operation of a hospital and contemporary policies and procedures for the operation of a digital telephone system. Current knowledge on digital communications technology.
