What you’ll do

• Lead implementations of Azure solutions at our customers, work in projects that develop robust, resilient, and highly available architectures that integrate the best cloud computing, security, network solutions.
• Perform End-to-end solution shaping and solution architecture for application modernization and system integration, including estimation, solution planning and SOW to create the optimal customer outcome.
• Work closely with Sales, tailoring and shaping our proposition to the customers’ IT and business leadership for our largest Enterprise Accounts.
• Help clients understand cloud-oriented architecture and best practices in migration and modernization of applications, including technology advisory, architecture design, application lifecycle management, DevOps, and agile delivery.
• Drive the creation of the value case for the client’s business challenges that would most benefit from migration to the Microsoft platforms.

Skills and experiences

• Great communication and interpersonal skills - you’re working directly with clients, alongside a team of consultants, or within a client team. You’re good at communicating hard concepts so everyone understands.
• Ability to successfully manage large-scale, complex deal cycles at enterprise accounts. We’re looking for candidates who also have these additional preferred skills and qualifications:
• In-dept knowledge and experience in delivering application migration/modernization and enterprise scale system integration with related Azure certifications, such as AZ-204, AZ-305, and AZ-400.
• Demonstrated design and transformational leadership in enterprise digital architecture, including industry specific platforms and services enabling integration and delivery of multi-speed IT
• Relevant technology business leadership experience in areas such as solution pre-sales, architecture, and project delivery. You likely also have experience of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience, particularly leading consultants.

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

Base Salary Range: $167,000 - $187,000
