Our CRM team manages Customer Relationship projects using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution, focused on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise. Our team is cohesive and supportive, led by a dynamic and motivated Manager. The team is cross-functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery-oriented, and pre-sales profiles.
Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.Hold or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features.Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively.Draft functional documentation and provide user training.Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice.Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution.
Proficiency in communication in both English and Dutch.Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and best practices in CRM.Team spirit and a willingness to share knowledge, supporting mutual assistance and kindness within the team.Ability to work on large-scale projects for a diverse clientele.Holding or pursuing MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.Expertise in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.Proficiency in key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
