Job Title: Business Support Manager - International

Reports To: EVP of International

Location: Restaurant Support Center – Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:

The primary function of the Business Support Manager – International is to provide support to EVP, International and the international team. The role involves providing special project support and management, administrative and logistics management, and assisting with international business development and marketing initiatives

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the EVP of International and International leadership team as needed, including calendar management, and preparation of materials for meetings and presentations, and logistics support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, team members, and external partners
  • Provide support for international marketing and business development initiatives, including research, data analysis, and project coordination
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the EVP, including international travel
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and executive presentations for the EVP as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a Support leadership or similar role, preferably in an international business setting
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Expert knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other productivity tools.
  • Ability to create executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
