Position Overview:

• Role: Guest Services Housekeeper
• Type: Evaluation Hire

• Work Schedule: Variable schedule based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with professional, efficient, and courteous service.
• Clean and maintain the resort according to specific property standards.
• Manage and replenish supplies on the housekeeper's cart.
• Inspect rooms to identify any damages or repairs needed and report them appropriately.
• Ensure cleanliness in all public areas inside and outside the property.
• Engage warmly with guests and fulfill guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. Handle guest issues to promptly to improve the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Reliable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of being on your feet all day and performing tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
