Duties and responsibilities: Must obey all SAFETY, USDA, HACCP, & PLANT rules and regulations.

  • Food Safety Program Validation
  • Conduct Department and Plant HACCP training-according to schedule (SQF)
  • Maintain Supporting Documentation Current
  • Coordinating and Implementing HACCP projects such as:
    • Validation studies-keep current for appropriate plant parameters
    • Trend Analysis
    • Thermometer Calibration Training
  • Task list/correlations
  • SSOP and HACCP Paperwork review & file (QA supervisor will backup) Document control, document register
  • Preshipment reviews, if needed
  • Daily HACCP Verifications (backed up by QA Leads or Supervisors)
    • Maintain Signature log (SQF related)
