Ingram Micro helps businesses run better, grow faster and achieve their sustainability goals. To grow further within our business, we are currently looking for System Engineer & Field Delivery ORACLE in our Belgrade, Serbia Office.

As a System Engineer & Field Delivery, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining Oracle solutions while providing hands-on technical expertise to our Partners and clients. This position requires a mix of technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and client-facing experience to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle hardware/software solutions in customer environments.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting complex system issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Oracle products.
• Document system designs, solutions, and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system engineering or field technical delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle cloud solutions, databases, and enterprise software.
• Experience with networking, virtualization, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for field service and client engagements.
