We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
The Opportunity
Adobe Podcast is on a mission to democratize high-quality media creation. We're building an AI-first web platform that enables anyone to produce professional audio and video content—no expertise required. Our team operates with the speed and agility of a startup, backed by the resources and stability of Adobe.
We’re looking for our first Director of Engineering to lead the charge in shipping innovative features and delivering exceptional user experiences. You’ll join a collaborative, New York-based team and work directly with an experienced GM who has founded multiple successful companies and products. This is a unique opportunity to help shape both the product and the engineering culture from the ground up.
You’ll be a player-coach, managing a growing team of full-stack engineers while staying hands-on with prototyping and technical strategy. You'll foster a culture of customer empathy, technical curiosity, and impactful delivery—bringing new technology (like generative AI) to bear on creative workflows and real-world marketing outcomes.
