Eligibility criteria
1. Minimum tenure of 12 months in the IC level.
2. Employee should have managed a team of 7-10 people in last 1 year for minimum of 3-6 months as part of stretch role with no concerns of being a people manager.
3. Responsible for performance and development of a downstream team of at least 15 to 20 people in operations
4. Analytical ability with verbal and written business communication
