The Program Manager Selection is responsible for improving our performance in this area in LatAm, collaborating with international and central teams to drive insights as well as implementing cross-functional initiatives to drive performance. The role offers the opportunity to innovate and implement high impact projects with direct contribution to the business.
This role requires an strategic thinker who has exceptional data analytics skills, can solve tough business problems, and define innovative ways to use technology to tackle them at scale. You simultaneously dive deep into the tactical details and set a broad strategic vision for execution and scale. You are data quality obsessed and excel at distinguishing signal from noise and you create data-driven insight from a variety of sources. As a leader of this role you will have high leadership visibility and will own, manage and improve processes to increase our selection, and thus improving our customer experience by offering all the items our customers want.
