We’re seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Strategic Growth Manager to unlock growth opportunities in our FBA High ASP (Average Selling Price) segment across the EU Stores. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and category expansion, focused on identifying underpenetrated product categories (>$50), uncovering root causes, and driving actionable solutions to scale third-party (3P) Seller participation.
Key job responsibilities
As a Strategic Growth Manager in the EU FBA High ASP segment, you will report to the High ASP Business Manager and play a critical role in shaping the future of our marketplace. You’ll dive deep into category data, seller dynamics, and market signals to identify gaps and untapped potential. Your core responsibility is to identify and size these opportunities, diagnose friction points, and work across partner teams (e.g., Category Management, Sales, Product, and Marketing) to address barriers and enable growth.
A day in the life
As Strategic Growth Manager, your week blends data analysis, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll identify underpenetrated high ASP categories, analyze root causes, and size opportunities using marketplace data.
You’ll work closely with category, seller, and product teams to turn insights into actions—whether that’s improving seller experience, or shaping go-to-market plans. You’ll regularly communicate findings, build business cases, and track the impact of your initiatives—all with the goal of unlocking scalable growth in the EU marketplace through incremental selection growth.
