We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager – Sales Development to drive sales operations, developer relationships, and end-to-end customer solutions in the real estate domain. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory, combined with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business alignment.
  • Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
  • Oversee project management efforts across sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
  • To prepare Sales Strategies on the go through numbers and analysis to increase revenue
  • Need to carry out analysis about the sales team and developers to share the insights for all stakeholders and the way forward to improve business
  • Should be able to study and research competition and share insights for improvement of company structure and operations
  • Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through top-notch communication and customer experience strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Masters’ degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and client service dynamics.

Skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
