We are currently looking for a student worker to support the Nordic Financial Lines Underwriting team. Today, the Nordic team consists of 16 underwriters and 4 students and hence you will be a part of a large team.

This position is based at our modern and centrally located office in Copenhagen, Denmark (Carlsberg Byen) with easy access to public transport.

Your impact and responsibilities

The Nordic Financial Lines Underwriting team offers commercial liability and specialized liability coverage including various additional niche solutions such as D&O, EPL, Crime, Cyber, PI and K&R. As a student you will:

• Support senior colleagues with various administrative tasks such as booking of insurance policies, drafting of insurance documents and securing compliance.
• Light underwriting and handling of renewals and new business submissions.
• Cooperate with both internal and external stakeholders to service our clients in the best possible way.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for a candidate who brings a combination of analytical ability, commercial mindset, and technical curiosity. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Currently studying within economics, law, business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Danish (additional Nordic languages are an advantage).
• An analytical and structured approach to your tasks.
• Eager to take on new challenges with a high degree of service and independence.

While previous experience in insurance is not required, an interest in risk management, financial analysis, or insurance in general is considered a great plus.
