Job Description:

Reporting to the Director - Financial Planning and Analysis, functions as a financial leader and primary liaison to the John Muir Health System's financial departments. The Manager is responsible for supporting the management team's financial information, analytical and reporting needs and for providing the focus and drive to actively respond to and plan for changes in the financial environment as may be necessary within the entities. The manager will provide oversight of FPO Analytics, Service Line Analytics, Optum Financial Performance & Productivity Management, and Budget Forecasting as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree -Required or
• Masters Degree, Business Administration -Preferred

Experience:

• 5 years Finance/Accounting - Financial Management -Required
• 2 years Finance - Financial Management in Hospital and/or Ambulatory setting -Required

• Required excellent communication and mediation skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and political savvy with an inclusive and collaboration style.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of financial information systems is essential.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and proven ability to partner with customers.
• Creates and supports a work environment that fosters teamwork and engages staff in ensuring quality care while maintaining individual accountability.
• Demonstrated HR analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Shift:

Exempt Salaried (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$138,064.00 - $207,096.00

Salary

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
