The Technical Lead is a key expert in the company’s engineering team, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining our software products. You will be responsible for designing and developing new features, be involved in regular upgrades of our tech stack, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Working across the full stack, you will gain a deep understanding of our services and ecosystems, enabling you to make significant technical contributions.

Your expertise will drive the technical direction of projects and help shape the future of our engineering practices.

About You:

  • Degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • 6 years of industrial experience with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role(s), including a minimum 1 year as a Tech Lead
  • Minimum 1 year of PHP experience in developing SaaS
  • Proficiency in Software Engineering using PHP, Bash/Python scripting, JavaScript / TypeScript, Docker & Kubernetes, AWS IaaS, and following TDD and Scrum practices.

  • We offer flexibility with compensation through full-time employment compensated in Sri Lankan Rupees OR a fixed contract arrangement in USD, depending on the candidate's preference and suitability.
