The Front Desk Agent provide guest services, handles the set-up of daily reservation, check in and check out of guest.
Requirements:
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Graduated from a recognized institution in Hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experiences in Front Desk
- Demonstrates excellence in hospitality
