Job Description:

The Front Desk Agent provide guest services, handles the set-up of daily reservation, check in and check out of guest.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Graduated from a recognized institution in Hospitality or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experiences in Front Desk
  • Demonstrates excellence in hospitality
