As a Director in our Intangible Asset Practice, you will play a central leadership role in Andersen’s global consulting business. You will take responsibility for both the delivery and continuous improvement of our Intangible Asset Services, combining technical expertise, strategic insight, and commercial acumen. This includes leading major client engagements, developing and evolving proprietary methodologies, and mentoring senior professionals.
You will be expected to represent Andersen in the market, shaping how clients think about and use intangible assets to drive enterprise value. The role requires deep fluency in valuation techniques, strong executive presence, and the ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects across jurisdictions.

Compensation and Benefits
Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in Chicago, the expected salary range for this role is $225,000 - $350,000; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.
Benefits: Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.
