Job Summary Job Summary The position of Program Specialist provides general programmatic support, including general research and report writing, and assists with project management within various agency-wide initiatives for the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence (CCEE). Strong preference for applicants with prior work experience in K-12 educational systems. The Program Specialist may report to any member of the CCEE leadership team, as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred. EXPERIENCE Minimum of three years of professional experience in education or related field. EQUIVALENCY In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the following may be considered: • An Associate’s degree or equivalent with a focus in a job-related field, plus more than two years of progressively responsible experience, may be considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. • A combination of progressively responsible related experience, typically exceeding four years, may also be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Please review complete position announcement. CERTIFICATES/CREDENTIALS/LICENSES: • Valid California driver’s license required
