• Primarily responsible for the overall operations of the QA Department, including regulatory and quality programs, while ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Ensure customer quality requirements and act as a liaison between customers and plant management.
  • Ensure federal, poultry, sanitation and HACCP regulations are enforced, and act as a liaison between FSIS and plant management.
  • Oversee and provide leadership and development for HACCP Coordinators, QA Supervisors and QA Technicians.
  • Oversee QA related audits.
