Oracle EBS Developer

Houston, TX (Onsite Monday - Wednesday)

Full-Time, Direct Hire - MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES NOW AND IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE

Salary: 140-150K plus bonus DOE

We’re partnering with a privately held organization that is seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Developer to join their established team. This is a high-impact role focused on tackling a significant backlog of new development projects—especially around the implementation of Project Accounting within Oracle EBS, which is being used for the first time in this area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and support custom solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), primarily for new project initiatives
• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable EBS solutions
• Assist in the ongoing implementation and optimization of Project Accounting within EBS, moving from spreadsheet-based processes
• Write and maintain shell scripts and PL/SQL code as needed

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of Oracle EBS development experience
• Strong experience with shell scripting and PL/SQL
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a seasoned team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Project Accounting modules within Oracle EBS
• Background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments
• Familiarity with oil & gas operations or similar industries

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Exceptional candidates without a degree will be considered based on experience and skillset
