SAP TM Functional Consultant

Location: onsite in Loveland, CO

Duration: 6+ month contract to hire

Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship now or in the future.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP TM Functional Consultant to join an agricultural manufacturing client for a fully remote contract-to-hire role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP TM module deliverables, including continued go-live and hypercare of the client’s 500+ plants and branches across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Lead design workshops with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configuration: Configure the SAP TM module to meet business needs, including integration with other SAP modules (EWM and IM) and third-party systems relevant to the S2D process.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the SAP TM system to ensure it meets all business requirements.
  • Support: Provide ongoing technical support and problem resolution for the SAP TM system.
  • Documentation: Document SAP processes, configurations, and specifications to ensure best practices.
  • Training: Provide training and user manuals to end users of the SAP system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other SAP consultants and the technical team to design and test system enhancements.
  • Project Management: Participate in project planning, fit analysis, and post-implementation support.
  • Process Improvement: See the “bigger picture” for the S2D process, improving processes and sustainment, validating functional designs, and recommending improvements to the Center of Excellence and Functional Lead teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP TM functional consulting, including implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of SAP TM business processes, transportation master data management, and various industry-specific TM scenarios.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP TM configuration and integration with other SAP modules. Strong understanding of S2D process. Familiarity with Fiori.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Drive: Ability to grow and flourish in this role – someone with leadership capability that wants to move up in the organization upon conversion.

Pay Range:

$70 - $90 per hour
