About the Job

Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based out of Austin, TX, hauling groceries in reefer trailers for our dedicated customer, Whole Foods. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Get paid weekly and earn an average of $1,365 per week. Drivers are paid $0.58 per mile, $15.53 per stop, and $49.21 per layover, averaging $70,000 per year!

Schedule

Enjoy a 5-day workweek with shifts lasting 10 to 12 hours. One schedule has days off are Wednesday/Thursday. The schedule requires drivers to be doing overnight runs 4 nights during the week. Overnight runs leave between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Local runs start between 11:30 p.m. to 3 a.m. Second schedule has days off on Monday/Friday. Local runs would start around 5 p.m. with overnight runs on Thursdays and Saturdays leaving between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Equipment

Drivers will haul grocery products in 53’ refrigerated trailers. All freight is palletized and removed by driver with electric pallet jack.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• Additional qualifications will apply
• With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
