Monday through Friday – 8:30am to 5pm

$24hr to start.

A premier converter of tissue, towel, and napkin products, as well as a trusted importer of janitorial and foodservice disposables, with a deep commitment to quality and innovation, delivering a wide range of high-performance products designed to meet the needs of consumers, businesses, and industries across the globe, is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to join their team in Van Nuys.

Summary: Seeking a motivated and well-spoken Sales Admin Assistant to join our team. The Sales Admin Assistant will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. To be a successful Sales Admin Assistant you should be able to build rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Sales Admin Assistant should also be very competitive and a good listener. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Acumatica cloud-based ERP software.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Acumatica cloud-based ERP software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
