职位描述

1. 提供博世力士乐工厂自动化及电气控制产品，包括CNC, PLC, 运动控制系统，伺服驱动及电机，物联技术等产品迅捷满意的现场等服务;

2. 负责力士乐增值服务业务的交付, 包括项目编程、安装和调试;

3. 负责产品故障排查、现场调查和故障分析;

4. 提供客户技术培训;

5. 负责客户服务热线接听，处理客户技术咨询;

6. 完成上级主管布置的其它任务.

1. Provide prompt and qualified field service about Bosch Rexroth factory automation & electrification products, incl. CNC, PLC, Motion control system, Servo drive & motor, IoT technology, etc;;

2. Delivery execution of advanced service project, including Rexroth product programming, installation & commissioning;

3. Product troubleshooting, investigation and root cause analyze;

4. Provide excellent technical and service training to customer;

5. Pick up customer hotline and handle customer technical inquiry;

6. Implement the other task from the supervisor;

职位要求

1. 大学本科学历，电气控制及自动化相关专业；

College bachelor degree, Electric control and automaton, or relevant majors;

1. 熟悉伺服驱动器、伺服电机、PLC、变频器等产品，8年及以上运动控制系统或自动化系统设计、调试经验，5年以上汽车、印刷、快消等行业应用经验；有力士乐产品应用经验者优先；

Be familiar with the product of servo drive, servo motor, PLC, frequency converter; over 8 years of design or commissioning working experience about motion or automation system, 5 years or more working experience in the industry of Automotive, Printing & Packing, FMCG,etc. Rexroth product working experience as plus;

1. 具有良好的问题分析和解决能力；

Good capability of problem analysis and solving;

1. 很强的沟通及协调能力，善于处理解决各种复杂工作情况下的困难；

Strong communication and coordination capability, can tackle difficulties under complex work conditions;

1. 良好的团队协作能力, 有团队主管工作经验者优先；

Good team work spirit, and team leader working experience as plus

1. 能够适应频繁的出差

Can be travel frequently.

1. 英语读写能力良好。

Good English skill about reading, writing, etc..
