Express Employment Professional is seeking an experienced and motivated CSR with a background in Call Center. In this role, you will be handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve issues, provide service information.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complains promptly and effectively
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in call center environment
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and ability to multi-task
