A Taco Cabana Manager of Off-Premise Channels will execute sales and business development strategies as directed by the Director of Digital and Off-Premise Sales. This position collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure consistent execution across all digital ordering platforms. This position will also assist in managing all off-premise initiatives including first party ordering through the TC website/App and 3rd party ordering platforms. The position will also help to plan, develop, and grow sales by working with catering sales managers to meet budgeted sales plan. This position also provides key insights to build and maintain additional revenue growth through all digital and off-premise channels. This position reports to the Director of Digital and Off-Premise Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Director of Digital/Off-Premise to support Off-Premise business goals.
- Assisting in overseeing the coordination of all aspects of off-premise in each market to create best-in-class catering and delivery operations.
- Ongoing analysis of all tools that are needed to execute successful catering and delivery operations in each market to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a consultant and change agent to all key players in each market to optimize catering sales and execution.
- Partner with Director of Digital/Off-Premise to create a short-term and long-term plan to achieve an ideal off-premise business model in each market.
- Develop a customized catering and delivery plan for all markets to maximize all resources in each of market.
- Analyze and lead process improvement for each market in conjunction with District Manager and Regional Directors of Operation on a regular basis.
- Provide direction and assistance to all General Managers, District Managers, Regional Directors of Operation and Catering Sales Managers to ensure overall guest satisfaction at all times.
- Conceptualize projects that focus on Off-Premise business development, implementation, and sustainment.
- Partner with the Training and Operations teams to lead the training and documentation strategy needs for the channel.
- Partner with supply chain to identify process and cost improvements on catering and delivery packaging.
- Drive alignment with Operations.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to execute large scale, complex projects.
- Conduct run-throughs of off-premise real-world scenarios to test solution effectiveness and analyzes results.
- Implement Off-Premise training materials to support awareness, education, and ensure Off-Premise success in the field.
- Forward-thinking partner to ensure the overall effort of the regions achieve business goals.
- Work with each region’s catering locations to ensure standard operating procedures are met.
- Coach all field personnel to ensure all Off-Premise hiring prerequisites and compliance standards are met.
- Utilize existing sales and operations reports to analyze and maximize results.

- Performs final review and assessment of large catering events to determine if they meet performance and quality standards.
- A strong background in managing the logistics of delivery objectives in a consumer driven, business-to-business, multi-unit company.
- An understanding of software and delivery tools, including MonkeyMedia and Olo
- Ability to interpret the business goals of the company and apply operational techniques to expedite the achievement of business goals
- Ability to work with and lead cross functional teams in off-premise initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers of all levels and skill sets.
- Computer skills including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in catering and delivery logistics in a multi-unit environment.
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Remote office, fast-paced sales environment.
- May be required to work some evenings or weekends.
- Extended travel is not expected in this position. However, occasional travel may be required to remote markets or to participate in events.
