Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a company in Bryan, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all branch warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, dispatching, and delivery of material orders. This role ensures customer orders are delivered accurately and on time and advocates for the needs of the team to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch warehouse operations
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, dispatching, and delivery of material orders
• Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Advocate for the needs of the team to ensure objectives can be achieved

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a warehouse operation
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising a staff
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
• Bilingual is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
