Your key responsibilities

• Lead technical service projects, including color matching and trials, to support customer needs and drive product adoption.
• Develop tailored color concepts aligned with customer brand strategies and prepare compelling color pitches.
• Design and deliver customized training programs across segments, integrating regulatory, commercial, and application insights.
• Collaborate across teams to co-create solutions with Taste, Texture & Health, enhancing product value and innovation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Support the launch of new colors and partnerships, advocating for our brand in industry associations and customer engagements.

This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 3 days per week in the Princeton office and the balance of the work week in a home office.

You bring

• An advanced degree (bachelor´s or higher) in a science or technology field related to food & beverages, with significant industry experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of food & beverage color solutions, including deep familiarity with color house dynamics and application strategies.
• A track record of successfully managing complex, high-impact technical projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across global accounts.
• Cross-functional expertise across regulatory, commercial, and application domains, enabling a holistic and innovative approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
