We're seeking an innovative, data-driven problem-solver who's passionate about customer satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for conducting deep dives, building programs, analyzing large datasets, and facilitating the flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve any potential issues that impact network losses and customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
