Senior ETL & Data Integration Analyst (Informatica IICS)

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite – relocation considered for the right candidate)

We’re partnering with a respected organization to find a Senior ETL & Data Integration Analyst who can take ownership of complex data transformation efforts. This is more than a standard developer role—it’s a high-impact position on a lean, agile team that owns the entire data warehouse and BI ecosystem

What You’ll Do

• Designing, building, and optimizing ETL workflows using Informatica IICS to ensure timely, reliable data integration
• Writing and tuning complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple sources
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to support data-driven decisions
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular quality checks and proactive monitoring
• Documenting processes, schemas, and logic to support scalability and maintainability
• Serving as a key contributor in a tight-knit team responsible for data warehousing, BI reporting, and data governance

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL development, or data warehousing
• Strong command of Informatica IICS and SQL Server
• Solid understanding of data warehousing architecture: star/snowflake schemas, SCDs, normalization, indexing, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Experience in a smaller, agile team environment
• Background in high-visibility roles
• Knowledge of data governance or data quality frameworks
