The Part-time HVAC Installation Coordinator is a dedicated, detail-oriented thinker with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The shift will be M-F from 8:00am - 1:30pm with some flexibility. The Install & Sales coordinator will directly communicate with customers, technicians, parts department, field managers and other HomeServe team members. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate the sales and install of HVAC equipment in HomeServe’s Energy Services New England territory.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Handle all Water Heater & Equipment Condemn calls
  • Handle all Fee For Service calls
  • Customer Calls Scheduling installs, parts jobs, quote appointments
  • Handle paid in full invoice/rebates
  • Handle all Work Ques
  • Advantage Program (completes, tracks, and files documentation)

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a part-time M-F shift of 8:00 am - 1:30 pm.
  • Strong Customer Service skills; calling customers and communication skills are critical
  • HS Diploma or equivalent work experience; 2-3 years of service or installation coordination experience preferred
  • Proficient/ advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
  • Industry knowledge in HVAC or Natural Gas Appliances is desired but not required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problem situations and present appropriate solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and setting priorities
  • Self-driven and demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and displays initiative
  • Ability to learn, adapt quickly and commitment to teamwork
