Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including:
- Engaging executive stakeholders.
- Leading IT transformations, migrations, or large-scale implementations.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud migration (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Partnerships: Track record of collaborating with systems integrators, third-party developers, and partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with open-source technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka) and contributions to open-source projects.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following domains:
- Generative AI (GenAI)
- LLMOps/MLOps (Large Language Model Operations)
- AI Infrastructure (e.g., large-scale GPU clusters)
- DevOps/IT Operations
- Database Systems
- Networking & Cybersecurity
- Microservices/Service Mesh Architecture
- Cloud-Native Development
- Storage Systems
- Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in public cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali Cloud, Tencent Cloud).

- Strong hands-on capability of migration, integration and cloud project implementation in specific domain. push the consumption growth objective.
- Identifying customer needs in specific domain, and driving adoption and expansion. Lead product implementation. optimization, troubleshooting.
