Section 2 (Responsibilities):

• Safely operate printing presses, die cutters, bindery equipment, and other necessary equipment to produce specified products.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems such as: ink systems, air systems, dies, boxes, plates, and cylinders.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Keep accurate records of product produced and waste generated.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Wear protective clothing as required.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.
• Train new employees as needed.
• Work safely around moving parts and hot surfaces.

Section 3 (Qualifications):

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer print production processes preferred.
• Ability to read and understand print specifications.
• Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Available for overtime as requested.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software helpful.
