We are looking for a Service Manager - F&B (BQT)

As a Service Manager- F&B (BQT), we rely on you to

  • Be directly responsible for the banquet areas to ensure the smooth operation of the event under the existing hotel conditions.
  • To ensure that the guests' requests are fulfilled, actively communicate with the sales department, exceed the guests' expectations as much as possible, and increase the satisfaction of the banquet.
  • Manage the staff in the banquet hall to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize production efficiency.
  • Hold effective and timely staff meetings to ensure that the correct information can be conveyed to all waiters and waitresses and that service standards are implemented.
  • Achieve the departmental budget targets and ensure profits, increase sales revenue and maintain effective cost expenditures.
  • Monitor the financial status of the banquet hall based on the monthly sales profit and loss reports.
  • According to operational requirements, arrange the number and allocation of third-party hourly workers in advance, and monitor the work performance of the hourly workers at any time.
  • Ensure that the group standards and hotel procedures are fully implemented as required.
  • Establish departmental standards and implement them, and adjust and modify them when necessary.

We are looking for someone who:

  • More than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
  • Possess the ability to analyze the data of the banquet hall and make reasonable adjustments based on the monthly income and expenses.
