We are looking for a Service Manager(Assistant) - F&B (ADD)

As a Service Manager(Assistant)- F&B (ADD), we rely on you to

  • Ensure the hotel's policies and procedures and comply with the Shangri-La brand standards.
  • After coordinating and implementing the training plan, determine the required employees to take training courses and evaluate the performance of all employees.
  • Develop an action plan, solve problems in the standards, address issues before they affect customer service, implement them after confirmation, and make improvements.
  • Coordinate the work with subordinates and maintain existing procedures and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen.
  • Assist the manager during the training.
  • Promote a good working atmosphere and emphasize guiding the relationships among subordinates.
  • Achieve personal image and punctuality among employees.
  • Welcome guests, handle opinions and problems. Whenever promotion is needed to achieve revenue.
  • Maintain good relationships with guests and expand personal contact.
  • Take over the work when the department manager is absent.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys being creative.
  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B operation and management.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
