Position Overview

Join Deutsche Bank Technology, Data and Innovation in Spain as a Senior Frontend Engineer. As part of the Tech Enablers & Frameworks team, you’ll drive the adoption of Modern Software Architectures in our Application Landscape. Develop high-quality frontend solutions using Angular, ensuring alignment with our architectural standards and business goals.

Responsabilities:

Design and evolve development frameworks and architectural patterns for cloud-native applications focusing on Microfrontends to ensure modularity, decoupling, and scalability.

Lead the enhancement of our Angular-based framework, providing tools, artifacts, and guidelines to enable high-quality Front-End development by delivery teams.

Contribute to the design of patterns and practices for the Business and Integration layers, including Microservices, API-first design, and the BFF (Backend for Front-End) pattern.

Define and promote the adoption of Design System models to ensure consistency and quality in user interfaces developed by application teams.

Mentor development teams, promoting the adoption of best practices, architectural patterns, and frameworks provided by the Architecture team

Skills:

Advanced expertise in the Microfrontends paradigm and Angular (minimum 5 years of experience).

Strong understanding of Design System concepts and their application to standardize user interfaces.

Relevant experience in designing and applying patterns for Microservices and API-first design.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience in native mobile development (Android/IOS) and defining modular patterns is a plus.
