Business Development Manager, MN Enterprise

Nokia is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the Enterprise domain of Mobile Network (MN) business group across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and the Asia Pacific region. This role requires a strong understanding of the Enterprise market and the ability to scale up learnings across the region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer technology strategy, growing the ENT business, and ensuring deal profitability. They will own sales cases, manage customer satisfaction, and build a Center of Excellence for MN Presales. In multi-BG cases, they will coordinate with contributing BGs to ensure a cohesive solution strategy and act as CSO Tricorn Role.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Drive customer technology strategy: Influence MN customers' technology choices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Grow ENT Business: Implement sales programs, identify portfolio gaps, and align the roadmap with market technology.
  • Enhance deal profitability: Improve presales profitability by assessing risks, identifying solution levers, and adhering to business guardrails.
  • Knowledge sharing: Ensure best practice sharing and knowledge transfer of innovations and new portfolio items.
  • Opportunity management: Create and maintain opportunities, prepare and submit competitive winning proposals, and forecast order intake.
  • Own sales cases: Take ownership of overall sales cases, drive sales opportunities, and contribute to account plans and new business development programs.
  • Customer engagement & satisfaction: Build and maintain customer relations, manage customer satisfaction, and drive resolution of issues.
  • Center of Excellence: Build a Center of Excellence for MN Presales, combining and managing presales resources in both products & services.
  • Multi-BG cases: In multi-BG cases, confirm the Lead BG and all Contributing BGs, align on solution strategy, decide on cross BG technical solutions, and act as CSO Tricorn Role.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering
  • 20+ years of relevant experience, with 15+ years in presales
  • Extensive experience in RAN networks and access transport technologies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, including macros
  • Good understanding of JSON, flows, SharePoint, and AI frameworks
  • Professional level knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation
  • Familiarity with Nokia processes and experience in the APAC market
