We are currently looking for a .NET Application Support Analyst to join our growing team.

What you´ll do

As a .NET Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for .NET-based applications. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and performance, while also supporting end-users and documenting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for .NET, SQL, and SaaS applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug application problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and stability.
• Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Document support activities, issue resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Assist in the deployment of application updates and patches.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on application functionalities.
• Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.

Necessary skills and experience required:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in application support.
• Experience with SQL language and .NET (exclusive).
• Experience with Windows servers.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• English proficiency: Intermediate to Upper Intermediate (mandatory).
