Summary of the Role: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Service Team Representative to join our firm within our youth sports vertical, specifically football. The representative will be responsible for providing support to the sales and service teams and helping to maintain the relationship between our carrier partners and client partners.

This is a hybrid role; must be in the New England area and be willing to come into the office three times a week.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Primary role for this position is supporting for all administrative functions of the Football program and as the secondary point of contact for all customer service needs from current and prospective insureds. The responsibilities include the following:

  • Sending out new / renewal business proposals for prospective insureds of the Football program
  • Data entry and record keeping of new/renewal insureds
  • Answering of customer questions related to the football program
  • Follows up with renewal / new insureds for completed applications and proposals
  • Sends out all completed certificates of insurance to requesting parties
  • Invoicing and coding of renewal / new business
  • Daily interaction with underwriters at each carrier partner to ensure timely quote/bind periods

  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
  • Must have effective professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively show strong leadership skills

Education/Experience:

  • High School Degree Required

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: High school or equivalent
