The Consultant Databases Manager is an integral part of the team that develops and maintains Fidelity’s presence in the institutional database landscape. Working alongside internal and external business partners, this role is responsible for coordinating and executing on deliverables that help drive new business into the firm. This role will focus on the Fidelity mutual funds & ETFs, Model Portfolios and Alternative Investments capabilities in addition to other institutional lines of business. The Consultant Databases Manager will partner with the team’s data population vendor to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of this data to the institutional marketplace. The Consultant Databases Team is part of the Investment Marketing Services group, a division of FI and Asset Management Marketing. Our team plays an important role in supporting Fidelity Institutional (FI) through managing the presence of Fidelity Investments in multiple third-party and proprietary consultant databases. These databases are used by consultants and plan sponsors to screen through potential asset managers for investment mandates. We partner with groups across the firm, including Proposal Services, Consultant Relations, and Asset Management Investment Product. Our team also works closely with the external teams that manage these databases coordinating daily on timelines, submissions, and long-term initiatives. The objective of our work is to attract and retain assets across various Fidelity investment products.
The base salary range for this position is $63,000-$112,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
