About the Role

岗位目标：

1. 提升公司VIP会员整体体验与满意度

2. 平衡整体权益使用率与成本支出

3. 利用会员权益提升会员数量和挖掘会员价值

岗位职责：

1. 根据公司整体目标及策略，制定VIP会员权益运营策略，并细化执行计划；

2. 能够根据客户需求、公司业务节奏以及外部环境等，制定合理的会员权益商城定价策略，并具备一定的财务分析能力，能够评估定价策略可行性和把控总体权益投入和产出；

3. 具备创新思维，能够设计吸引客户的权益方案和营销活动，并能够通过资源置换、合作推广等方式，为公司吸引更多优质VIP客户和提升现有客户价值；

4. 具备较强的谈判和沟通能力，能够于外部合作活动建立良好的合作关系；能够合理整合公司内外部资源，包括合作伙伴、供应商等，为客户提供优质权益和服务，提升整体权益体系吸引力。

岗位要求：

1. 本科学历，市场营销、广告、工商管理等相关专业优先考虑;

2. 有6年以上的工作经验，至少3年左右权益BD、运营或者管理经验，有金融行业相关经验者优先；

3. 有较强的整体规划能力和一定的资源拓展能力及资源，健康生活和运动类权益资源为优；

4. 有较强的跨部门沟通协作能力;

5. 以业绩结果导向，能够高效并富有创造力的解决问题;

6. 有良好的沟通能力，有一定的英语书面及口语交流能力；
