About the Role
该岗位作为营销员与运营共享服务中心的桥梁，负责对复杂理赔和争议案件的沟通和跟进，并负责对营销员提供理赔相关的知识培训
岗位职责：
1、负责复杂理赔案件和争议案件的沟通、预解释及跟进；
2、负责理赔决定的咨询及解释工作；
3、负责营销员渠道培训及在线咨询支持工作；
4、负责理赔文案（比如典型案例等）的撰写制作；
5、完成主管布置的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、医学及相关专业本科及以上，有临床经验尤佳；
2、7年以上人身险理赔经验；
3、英语四级或以上，具备一定的英语沟通能力及医学英语运用能力；
4、熟练掌握办公自动化软件；
5、性格开朗，善于沟通，能承受一定的工作压力。
