Location: East Syracuse, NY | Pay Rate: $22/hour | Schedule: Standard schedule - between 11am - 8pm (Mon-Fri)

• 3 weeks of initial training on 8am - 5pm shift

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Account Representative to join our Customer Care Center. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for distributors needing replacement components — playing a critical role in resolving inquiries and keeping operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Handle 60–70 inbound calls/cases daily with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist distributors with parts selection, pricing, availability, orders, expediting, and limited technical support
• Provide outstanding follow-up to ensure distributor and sales manager satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Managers, Parts Counter personnel, and other distributor contacts
• Resolve issues through collaboration with internal teams and departments
• Participate in Carrier Excellence Activities to drive continuous improvement
• Manage and compile reports from multiple data sources to support customer operations

What You Bring to the Table

Required:

• Experience in a call center environment, with the ability to manage high call volumes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive, self-starter attitude

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
• Knowledge of SAP, PIC, and Windchill systems
• Background in HVAC (residential or commercial), including the ability to read basic technical drawings
• Spanish language skills – a strong plus!

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
