Job Title: Painter / Drywall Laborer – Entry Level
Location: Dakota & Scott County Areas – Metro (Assigned Near Your Home When Possible)
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Position Overview:
We are seeking entry-level candidates to join a growing team of residential painters and drywall repair professionals. No experience? No problem — we’ll train you! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, traveling locally, and being part of a dependable, hard-working crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with painting and spray painting residential homes
- Perform basic drywall repairs
- Occasionally lift and haul drywall into residential units
- Use hand tools and basic painting equipment
- Drive your own vehicle from site to site (you’ll be reimbursed for mileage)
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience required – just a good attitude and willingness to learn
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (typically paint or light drywall)
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, and stand throughout the workday
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to travel locally to job sites in the Dakota and Scott County areas
- Willing to work in both interior and exterior residential environments
