You’re a seasoned sales pro who still gets a thrill from a good conversation and a closed deal—but you’re ready to step back from the full-time hustle. Whether you’ve built teams, sold services, or worked in B2B, you know how to connect with decision-makers and uncover opportunities.

We’re a people-first staffing agency looking for someone just like you to help us grow our local presence—especially in the Fraser Valley.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visiting local businesses and introducing our staffing services
• Calling prospective clients to spark interest and book meetings
• Building real relationships with hiring managers and business owners
• Following up on warm leads and staying top of mind with our network
• Understanding the sales funnel—from prospecting to closing—and nurturing leads over time
• Keeping light CRM notes to track conversations and wins
• Collaborating with our in-house recruiters to match talent to jobs

You’ll Love This If You:

• Have 5+ years of sales or client-facing experience (B2B preferred)
• Present yourself with confidence and professionalism—whether in person or over the phone
• Live in or near Mission or Abbotsford (ideal for local travel)
• Are familiar with the Fraser Valley (especially Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, and Pitt Meadows) and how businesses operate in these communities
• Are known for your warm, engaging phone manner
• Like the idea of flexible part-time hours and being part of a small, dedicated team
• Enjoy helping businesses thrive by connecting them with great people
