Smokehouse Operator - $15.50
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Smokehouse Operator for a local meat company in Lenoir City, TN.
Smokehouse Operator Responsibilities:
- Check all smokehouses and chillers are in working order.
- Check the product before loading to ensure it is correct.
- Loading smokehouses to cook with the required amount based on the day's schedule.
- Tracking and documenting information needed on the chart.
- Performs work as assigned by the department supervisor.
- Must be able to work as part of a team. / Must work to safety requirements.
Smokehouse Operator Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates should have previous heavy industrial experience - lifting to 45 lbs during the shift.
- Qualified candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for 8 - 12-hour shifts.
Smokehouse Operator Shift:
- 6a/7a start to finish.
- M-F
- Overtime if needed
