Description
Converts diagnoses and procedures for hospital inpatient and outpatient services, psychiatric inpatient and outpatient services, and inpatient rehab facility services into numerical codes utilizing ICD10CM and CPT coding systems. Makes DRG assignments to inpatient accounts and APC assignments to outpatient accounts to obtain appropriate documentation for the coding of the patient’s medical record.
