The eCommerce Total Platform team are on the lookout for x2 eCommerce Trading Managers to join and be at the forefront of our partner brands - Gap & Fatfaces’ growth. Based at Head Office in Leicestershire, offering a competitive salary alongside great benefits. Both positions are on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover).

Total Platform at NEXT is an exciting new business-to-business online service that offers brands a full solution for eCommerce, including website, warehousing, logistics, customer care, marketing and customer data management. We let brands focus on their product and creative, and we drive their new online business forward including innovations, sales, operations and technology developments.
The role
As the eCommerce Trading Manager for Gap or Fatface Total Platform, you will work closely with the brand - Gap or Fatface and own their website from a trading perspective. On a day to day, you will review the website metrics, make suggestions to optimise net sales and conversion and you’ll also get to suggest ways to improve the search results, sort order, search imagery, filters, item titles, navigation links and navigation order. You will be a key point of contact for the Gap and FatFace brands and will manage relationships effectively.
