THE JOB:

As a Fountain Worker, your job is to make guests feel welcome with a friendly smile and great service. You'll pay attention to what they need and help create special moments that make their visit unforgettable.

THE STARTING RATE:

$21.00 per hour

THE SCHEDULE:

Thursday - Sunday (Part-Time) 8:00pm-4:45am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take/place orders; serve and garnish food/drinks efficiently and accurately
• Collect money through proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Maintain cleanliness/sanitation/appearance of front and back of house; clear tables/counters; sweep without disrupting guests
• Pack/complete orders per guest preference with necessary condiments
• Label/date products per safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties per shift assignment
• Unload/stock warehouse orders; organize/replenish workstation, counters, tables
• Resolve guest complaints within authority; refer others to management; notify supervisor/Security of unusual events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1 year of experience in guest services.
• 1 year of experience as a food and cash handling
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.

Pay Rate

The starting rate for this role is:

$21.00

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
